BSEditor is a multi-platform software tool designed to aid educators in the creation of computer-based quiz questions. It provides a powerful editor to easily control every detail of a question, from integration of files and images, to elaborate scoring approaches.

Benefit of this resource and how to make the best use of it

BSEditor is designed to unleash full creativity in the generation of quiz questions. It allows the integration of Python code into question creation, which amongst other advantages, allows for the creation of potentially infinite question variations.
It also allows educators to keep their assessment materials in local and/or web-based storage, and its import/export facility is based on the open source QTI format, ensuring independence from exam-delivery platforms. It is fully compatible with Brightspace quizzes, with more platforms currently under consideration.
