Digital Skills for Success in the Workplace is a five-unit, self-paced online course which equips learners with key digital literacy skills that are essential to study and work in rapidly evolving online environments.

This resource aims to help learners entering the workplace develop key digital literacy skills that will be of benefit throughout their professional careers. It is also an open educational resource that can be used by educators to embed digital literacy skills into their own teaching materials. The course has 5 units:
1- Digital Information in a Professional World
2- Thinking Critically about Digital Information
3- Co-creating in Digital Spaces
4- Digital Identities and Privacy
5- Digital Integrity in Your Professional Life

Benefits for learners
Learners who finish the course will develop the following digital literacy skills for academic and professional success:
Understanding digital identities and ethical practices in online professional contexts.
Creating and sharing digital information and data in an ethical manner, including an understanding of the risks and benefits of using Artificial Intelligence tools in higher education and workplace contexts.
Thinking critically about the online environments in which they participate by evaluating digital information and data effectively.
Collaborating in content creation in digital spaces effectively.
