This GenAI Learning Hub was developed with students, for students, to support the responsible and effective use of generative AI. Topics are divided across three main sections to aid understanding of GenAI before use, during use, and in relation to assessment. While aimed at students, this resource will be useful to anyone using GenAI.
The GenAI Learning Hub is designed to support decision-making when/if using GenAI and it includes several processes and checklists to aid this, including how to choose a GenAI tool and deciding when to use GenAI. Those accessing the Learning Hub can choose to engage with the full range of topics under the three main headings (What to know before you use GenAI, what to know when you use GenAI, and what to know about AI-generated content and assessment) for a full overview, or they can choose to go directly to specific topics of interest. Each topic contains several tabs with relevant information, examples, or activities to aid understanding. Educators may choose to use some of the material in the Hub to inform or aid discussions and/or learning activities with students relating to GenAI.
