e ective teamwork in higher education. It was developed in response to persistent
challenges in collaborative work, including uneven contribution, lack of
accountability and student dislike and anxiety around group projects.

Benefit of this resource and how to make the best use of it

Team Tool provides a structured framework that allows users to navigate the key
aspects of teamwork in an easy to use accessible and interactive environment. Within each lesson, learners engage in multiple interactive activities, including multiple choice knowledge checks, video segments, branching scenarios / role-play simulations, quizzes, and self-reflection prompts.
