This lightning talk for NORFest 2025 introduces researchers to the benefits and impact of using OE Practices to disseminate and promote Open Research outputs. It introduces key concepts in open education, and provides practical tips on how to apply OE practices with a focus on reusability; licensing and copyright; and content co-creation.

Benefit of this resource and how to make the best use of it

This presentation can be used for capacity development when training researchers in different aspects of Open Science. It should be used as an introduction to open education for researchers, to help them explore the benefits of open education for research outputs. The presentation focuses on the synergies between Open Education and Open Science generally, while also providing practical tips on how to apply Open Education practices in the creation of open research outputs.
