This resource makes specialist knowledge on dairy price risk freely available to anyone working in or studying the agri-food sector, removing barriers of cost, access, and institutional affiliation. Produced by a subject matter expert Dr Declan O’Connor (MTU) and co-funded by the EU, it offers evidence-grounded content which is open to all.
The content is packaged into one complete, short course. To get the most from it, either use the course as presented with your learners, or draw on specific units within the course as flexible building blocks rather than a fixed sequence. Each stands alone, so you can slot individual videos into existing sessions without restructuring a whole unit.
