The National Forum is providing this open and public facility to support institutions and individuals to share ideas and proposals with interested partners and collaborators in response to the Strategic Alignment of Teaching and Learning Enhancement Funding in Higher Education (SATLE) fund. If you have an idea for a proposal and would like to identify partners that share your interest, and who might be willing to collaborate on a proposal, please provide some brief details below. The details you provide will be added to the table.

In keeping with the open and shared approach taken by the National Forum to date, the inclusion of participants from the private higher education and further education sectors, and networks, that are not included in the core grant allocation may participate as collaborating partners through cross-institutional collaborations with publicly funded higher education institutions.

Entries do not reflect any endorsement by the National Forum. Collaborators should refer directly to their own institution procedures for next steps on how to submit a proposal for consideration of funding. For further information, contact your institutional lead.

This SATLE fund is designed to drive teaching and learning innovation across the higher education sector, with a focus on:

The Second National Strategy on Education for Sustainable Development to 2030 (DFHERIS/DoE) Aligned with the pillars of the UNESCO ESD Framework to 2030:

Promote inclusive principles and practices, such as universal design for learning (UDL), across all educational levels to support more inclusive learning environments
Embed opportunities for collaboration and peer learning on ESD, with a particular focus on transformative pedagogies, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches
Support the development of Open Courses on ESD/SDGs for professional development of educators in higher education.

Leveraging learnings from Next Steps for Teaching and Learning: Moving Forward Together
Supporting the development of institutional policies for digital and open teaching and learning, including online, blended and face to face modes of learning (see Guide to Developing Enabling Policies for Digital and Open Teaching and Learning.

Best practice in upholding and cultivating academic integrity

Academic Integrity - assessment, examinations proctoring and academic Integrity (online/offline)
Effective engagement with the challenges presented by academic misconduct
Embedding a culture of academic integrity among providers
Development of national resources and tools for providers to address the challenges
Support of and engagement with the National Academic Integrity Network (NAIN)
