The newly formed UCD Library Green Group wanted to foster cross campus collaboration as they believed this would assist in realising their green goals. They saw the Learning Enhancement Project as a direct route to the student cohort who, motivated by their passion for the planet, would be willing to help the Library with this task.

About this initiative
This collaborative pilot project between the School of Public Health and Department of Planning staff and students aims to test teaching and learning methods to analyse and create sustainable, healthy places, using tools including Health Impact Assessment and Place Standard Tool, as a basis for co-creating a future joint microcredential.
