Generate & adhere to a design brief.

Benefit of this resource and how to make the best use of it

1. It will serve as a valuable resource for the recipients of the cookery book in terms of the benefits it will give to them, their families and the wider community helping them to learn/develop a skill and increase their culinary repertoire
2. It will be a very engaging and interesting learning experience for the students directly participating in the learning and one closely linked to the wider module. Given the proclivities of culinary practitioners/chefs in the media i have no doubt that the learning enjoyed will be enjoyed in their future careers.
3. Because there will be an actual resource produced, this will serve, no doubt, as a tool to assist future students, affording them the opportunity to learning from experiences and ideas developed from previous students.
4. Our follow up media/PR campaign will hopefully attract local and national media attention for the students, the department and the university at large.
