As part of the Media & Visual Arts module on the 4th year of the Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts programme, students are working on food imagery, promotion and design.
Outcomes:
Enhanced and focused learning
Opportunity for students to look at specialised content which they will be able to bring with them into a now very media dependent culinary industry
Output:
A fully professional e-book for widescale distribution, including supporting it with a following up media campaign.
