The newly formed UCD Library Green Group wanted to foster cross campus collaboration as they believed this would assist in realising their green goals. They saw the Learning Enhancement Project as a direct route to the student cohort who, motivated by their passion for the planet, would be willing to help the Library with this task.
About this initiative
Encouraging Circular Behaviour on Campus’. Coordinated by School of Marketing & Entrepreneurship lecture, Hilda Burton, together with business Marketing and Advertising and Marketing Communications students, the little library will work towards: 1. Research – Students will evaluate through primary and secondary research the mindsets. 2. Behaviour and challenges associated with circular behaviour on the TU Dublin Tallaght campus. 3. Change Initiative Ideation: students will ideate around possible ways to enact change to circular behaviour on campus which are in keeping with the TU Dublin climate action road map.
