This project forms part of a Career Services Teaching & Learning Seminar Series building on two previous successful Seminars. This project aims to equip UCC faculty and staff with evidence-based, practical strategies, techniques and resources to support students (work placement students in the first instance) to help them navigate real-world professional environments with greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal effectiveness.
