This project will explore the readiness of students for a volatile professional future in the age of GenAI. Applying Krumboltz’s Theory of Happenstance we will administer the Antifragility Questionnaire developed by Innovative European Career Guidance to ascertain students’ degree of readiness for an unpredictable career journey.
